Parents, today was an exciting day in Math! We are beginning our first chapter on Multiplication! Today the students cut out vocabulary cards for the chapter and wrote definitions for each word. Tomorrow we will begin learning about arrays, factors, and products. I will let you know when it’s time for flashcards.

I also wanted to point out to you that the Religion homework of rereading Chapter 5 with a parent is not due until Wednesday. It can also be used as a Reading Log entry. Rereading and discussing the chapter is a great way to study for our test, which will be Wednesday.

Today’s Homework:

Reading: New logs come home today.

Spelling: Unit 11 contracts come home today

Math: pages 185-186 in the Chapter Packet

Religion: Saint Project / Study slip due the day of our test, Wednesday

Have a good night. πŸ™‚
